Payment options

We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Please ask us about our interest free payment plans and outside financing. We offer a discount for accounts paid in full and for patients with immediate family members being treated. We accept all major credit cards. Consultation is free.

Our fee includes the fabrication and placement of all originally planned appliances during the active phase of orthodontic treatment and the retention period.  Additional fees may be incurred for lost or broken appliances, for excessive failed or missed appointments or if any additional treatment is desired.  Unforeseen complications may arise and additional appliances or treatment may become necessary.  There may be additional fees if treatment time is extended due to poor cooperation or if unforeseen complications occur.  Services rendered by others (fillings, extractions, etc.) are not covered by the orthodontic fee.  

If you have insurance that covers orthodontic treatment, we will be happy to fill out whatever forms are necessary for you to obtain reimbursement. However, we ask that you please keep track of your insurance by providing us with the necessary forms and advising our staff at each monthly visit if your insurance needs to be updated.
